The Collaboration

Our collaboration with Inklusion Digital began when the client was looking for development support for Splint, an educational platform designed to improve communication and collaboration between teachers. The platform enabled educators to create student profiles, document observations, define learning goals, and share information with other teachers involved in a student’s education.

Scope Of Work

Initially, Bitnoise supported the development and maintenance of the existing platform, helping the client improve the product and implement new features. As the platform evolved and gained traction, Inklusion Digital returned with a broader vision. Together, we explored ways to extend the ecosystem beyond teacher collaboration and actively involve students in the learning process.

What We Did

This collaboration led to the creation of a new product module focused on student engagement and self-development. Through a series of workshops and product discovery sessions, we worked closely with educational experts and stakeholders to design a solution that would help students track personal goals, reflect on their progress, and receive continuous feedback from teachers.
The result was a new student-facing application integrated with the existing teacher platform. Teachers could create individualized goals, define milestones, assign rewards, and monitor progress, while students could complete self-assessments, track achievements, collect rewards, and actively participate in their own development. To support this new experience, we also expanded the teacher platform with dedicated management features, allowing educators to configure goals, review progress, and oversee reward systems from a single interface.
Throughout the project, Bitnoise was responsible for product discovery, feature design, frontend and backend development, quality assurance, and release support. Our role was to evolve the existing ecosystem, connect teacher and student experiences, and deliver new functionality that strengthened the platform’s mission of supporting inclusive and individualized education.
